Orders Over £40 will be despatched By Royal Mail Special Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible. Orders received before 15.00 Monday to Friday for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched from our premises the same day. Orders received after 15.00 for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched the next day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Should an item be out of stock or a special order item we will obtain it as soon as possible. We will inform you via e mail if an item is out of stock and give you the opportunity to cancel your order,resulting in a full refund.
Brodit Products: Whilst we hold many of the Brodit Products in stock, we can not possibly hold all stock, Some items may be with our uk supplier and with us the next day, some items will have to be order in from Brodit in Sweden which can take a minimum of 10 working days.
For orders under £40.00 we despatch via Royal Mail first class delivery service.
Orders over £40.00 will be despatched via RoyalMail Special Delivery guaranteed next working day (excluding weekends). All orders over £40.00 placed on a friday will be despatched via RoyalMail Special Delivery and will be delivered Monday before 1pm.
